Rally Launch
The official launch of the event will take place in the Centre of Mallow Town on the main street on Friday the 22nd of July at 7.30 pm, all are welcome to come along and view some of the championship leading contenders and their cars.

Cork Motor Club have announced preliminary details for the up coming Jim Walsh Cork Forest Rally Mallow on the 13th of August, in these tough times it all about bringing tourism to an area and the Mallow Town Council ,Chamber of Commerce & Blackwater Tourism have come on board as the main sponsors of the event. Cork Motor Club have worked hard over the years to make this event one of the best rounds in the Valvoline Forest Championship, this year all the stops have been pulled out and the competitors are getting 90km of stage miles in a rally that will test man and machine to the limit.

The rally will consist of 8 stages, 3 stages run twice and then on to the 19km Streamhill Bridge stage for 2 runs, there is a lot of interest in this event already and all the regular championship contenders are expected to take part.Regulations will be on line soon and the official launch of the event will take place in the next few weeks.
